If you are interested in organizing a side event at the NDM-UN29, please complete the form below and submit it by 6 February 2026.
The NDM-UN29 will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, over three days from 22 to 24 April. Side event organizers are required to come in person to Geneva to organize and run their side event. The NDM-UN29 organizers will provide a room and AV equipment. The side events will be recorded and the video will be publicly available after the event.
There are a limited number of side event slots available at NDM-UN29 and you will be notified if your proposal is confirmed. Proposals that reflect the participation of national mine action entities and consider gender, diversity, and inclusion considerations are strongly encouraged by the NDM-UN 29 Planning Group.
